Get Behind the Mules and Plow

Get Behind The Mules And Plow

Based in Richmond, Virginia, alternative-country band The Wrinkle Neck Mules pays homage to the roots of traditional country music yet embraces an original, distinctive style that fuses bluegrass, Americana and rock.

The new album Minor Enough, which features playful lyrics, strong vocals and infectious rhythms, touches on such themes as unbroken horses, lost love, debauchery, explosions in whiskey factories, coal miners, moonshiners, discarded honky-tonk towns and general nonsense.

Minor Enough provides a satisfying balance between the conventional and the unorthodox, appealing to a wide range of listeners including hardcore rockabilly fans, western swing lovers, banjo enthusiasts or folks simply looking for new inspiration.

The musicians of The Wrinkle Neck Mules are as follows: Andy Stepanian, Chase Heard, Mason Brent, Danny Van Clief and Blake Gayle.
