Thanks for all of the inquiries and encouragement regarding Central Daylight Time (the song from the Geico spot). We were working as hard as we could to get it released. Geico stepped up and made it available for free download….

You boys are going to be real big. I listen to your music and I can smell the hairspray, cheap perfume, stale beer, smokey old barroom wood, and sweat. The honest and real words and voices tinged with cigarrettes and whiskey makes a person feel downhome. Hell yeah, I’d travel a ways and pay to hear you boys play anyday.

CDT is definitely gonna be your breakout hit. Your lead singer’s accent has unmistakable echos of Buck Owens. (I hope he takes that as a compliment.) My friend from Foat Wuth’s accent is seriously Texas, but way different. Is your lead singer from NE Texas or South OK? Just curious. Whatever or wherever, it works – bigtime!

Country is not my typical style of music, but their is a genuine folk style that is so catchy and reminds me of home in Texas. Thanks for the free download and keep up the great sound. Will have to check out the albumn when it comes out.

I had never herd of you all until that geico commercial got the tune stuck in my head and I was curious If I had the snip of lyrics right so I had to hunt this page down. You have a new fan! LOVE this song!
