I don’t listen to a lot of country music anymore, but this song reminds me of the good’ol fashioned country songs and I absolutely love it! I can’t get it out of my head. I had to learn the lyrics as soon as I figured them out and now I’m downloading the song. I’m listening to all the Wrinkle Neck Mules songs I can find so you definitely have a fan!! I hope you will come to Kansas City someday so I can see you in person and bring all my friends. Thanks so much for re-igniting my passion for country music!

You boys are going to be real big. I listen to your music and I can smell the hairspray, cheap perfume, stale beer, smokey old barroom wood, and sweat. The honest and real words and voices tinged with cigarrettes and whiskey makes a person feel downhome. Hell yeah, I’d travel a ways and pay to hear you boys play anyday.

CDT is definitely gonna be your breakout hit. Your lead singer’s accent has unmistakable echos of Buck Owens. (I hope he takes that as a compliment.) My friend from Foat Wuth’s accent is seriously Texas, but way different. Is your lead singer from NE Texas or South OK? Just curious. Whatever or wherever, it works – bigtime!

Country is not my typical style of music, but their is a genuine folk style that is so catchy and reminds me of home in Texas. Thanks for the free download and keep up the great sound. Will have to check out the albumn when it comes out.
